Obituary for "Ann" Annie Pearl Crews (Long)
Annie Pearl “Ann” Long Crews, 83, of Milton, Florida, passed away, Friday, November 23, 2018.
Ann was a native of Jay, the daughter of the late Authur and Vera Long.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Wanda Crews Leslie; a brother, Clayton Long; a sister, Flossie Hamby; a sister, Victoria McCullough; and her son-in-law, Roger Head.
Ann is survived by her son, Donald (Joy) Crews, of Reeds Spring, Missouri; daughter, Elizabeth Head of Pace, Florida; son, Roger (Louisa) Crews of Milton, Florida; brother, Authur “Junior” (Myrtis) Long of Jay, Florida; sister, Laura Whitt’s Bennett of Prattville, Alabama; fourteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services for Ann will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 29, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel, with Brother Wayne Pierce officiating. Visitation will be held 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., prior to the service.
Burial will follow services in Concord Cemetery in Jay, Florida.
The family wishes to thank the ICU and Hospice staff of West Florida Hospital for the compassion and care given to their mother.
