Obituary for Norman Lee Hostetler

Norman Lee  Hostetler
Norman Lee Hostetler, 77, of Navarre, Florida, formerly of Walkerton, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, March 07, 2018.

Norman was born to the late Gerald and Doris (Ames) Hostetler. He is a veteran of the Indiana National Guard. He was a retired design engineer at Robert Bosch Corporation.

He married Charlotte Martin on June 5, 1964, who preceded him in death on October 17, 2016. He was also preceded in death by his two infant grandsons, Blake Martin Holland and Jared Matthew Holland.

Mr. Hostetler is survived by two sons and two daughters, Brian (Kathy) Cassady of Walkerton, Indiana, Kris Cassady of Warsaw, Indiana, Paul Hostetler of Columbus, Ohio, and Barb (Joe) Holland of Navarre, Florida; thirteen grandchildren, Traci (Shawn) Jacobson, Stephanie (Luke) Pinkerton, Briana (Nathan) White, Kaitlin Cassady, Anya Briar Rose (Jason) Taylor, Salar Steven Shakeel, Melissa (Jeff) Hassan, Jordan (Megan) Holland, Brooke Holland, Jenna Holland, Ben Holland, Julia Holland, and Brock Holland; and fifteen great-grandchildren. He is also survived by three siblings, Marilyn Hodosi, Ken (Barbara) Hostetler, and Judy McIntosh; numerous nieces and nephews; and family friends, Jill Dains, Gio Hernandez and Brittany Kerry.

Memorial services for Norman Hostetler will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Sunday March 11, 2018, at St. Sylvester Church Hall, Navarre.

Also, a Memorial Service will also be held at 2:00 p.m., on Sunday, March 18, 2018, at the First United Presbyterian Church in Walkerton, Indiana. Please dress casual.

Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre Chapel, has been entrusted with arrangements.
