Lois Agnes Chambers
Lois was born November 20, 1938, and entered into her eternal home July 12, 2020.
Lois was a long-life resident of Navarre, Florida, and was one of six children. She was a graduate of Pensacola State College and she served our Lord faithfully in the ministry for most of her life. She was committed to preaching the word of the Lord and bringing people to Christ.
Lois was preceded in death by her mother and father, Jack and Francis Abbott; two siblings, Jerry Abbott and Elaine Abbott; and one son, Michael Louis Chambers.
Lois leaves behind her husband of 47 years, Mike Chambers; six daughters, Robin Holley, Debra and Sharon Colley, Debbie and Jr. Cochran, MaryAnn Chambers Land, and Becky Spillar; one sister, Mary Francis Haverd; two brothers, Jackie Abbott and David Abbott. She also leaves behind eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 16, 2020, at Lewis Funeral Home in Navarre, Florida, with Pastor AJ Rice and Pastor Rick Pryor officiating.
Viewing will be at 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., prior to the service, for family and friends.
The family wishes to thank Covenant Hospice for the love and care given to their beloved wife, mother and sister.
