Obituary for Judy Lynn Franklin
Judy Lynn Franklin, 68, of Milton, Florida, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 24, 2018.
She was born in Pensacola, Florida, to Richard Thomas Hart and Catherine Lucille Handrop.
Judy was a longtime member of Covenant Church of God in Pace, Florida. She loved to be in fellowship with her church family and attend church services. She loved to be around her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed sitting in her recliner watching TV and planting her flowers and working in the yard.
She is preceded in death by her father, Richard Thomas Hart; and her mother, Catherine Lucille Handrop Brown; one sister, Bertha Wall; and three brothers, Marvine Hart, Allan Hart and Robert Hart.
She is survived by three children, Sandra J. Miley of Milton, Michael Hoskins of Milton and Tanya (Larry)Holland of Holt; three sisters, Joyce (Butch) Barberi of Pensacola, Karen Robinson of Pensacola and Sonya (Scott) Jones of Pensacola; two brothers, George Hart and Malcome Perdue; eight grandchildren, Matthew Miley, Tony Miley, Krissy Miley, Sydney Miley, James (Christina) Turman, Karmen Holland, Ethen Holland, Nathen Holland; nine great grandchildren, Chayse Long, Kyler Long, Easton Starkweather, Makenna Miley, Brookelynn Miley, Bristol Miley, Piper Miley, Avery Miley and James (Sevy) Turman.
Visitation will be held 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home, Pace Chapel (4777 West Spencerfield Road, Pace, Florida 32571.)
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 29, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home, Pace Chapel.
Burial will follow services in Pleasant Home Baptist Church Cemetery with Lewis Funeral Home directing.
Pall Bearers: Robert Miley, Ricky Turman, Dylan Brewer, Trent Tipton, Tanner Clifton and Gary Trudeau.
Honorary Pall Bearers: Austin Starkweather and Keith Chestnut.
