Ann Connie Ehlers, 60, of Milton, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018.

She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and currently resided in Milton, Florida.

Ann was a faithful member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Pace, Florida. She was a retired employee of the Forsyth House Assisted Living Facility in Milton. She was a member of the Santa Rosa County Historical Society and a member of the Milton Garden Club.

Ann is survived by her husband, Raymond Ehlers; son, Anthony Luciano; daughter, Mya Ehlers; granddaughter, Katelynn Luciano; and her grandson, Jackson Luciano.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m., Monday, December 3, 2018, at Immanuel Baptist Church, Pace, with Clain Roberts officiating. Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., prior to the service.

The family extends their sincere gratitude to Dr. Ibraham of Baptist Cancer Center and Vitas Hospice Service; with special appreciation to Nurse “Miss June”, for the compassionate care given to Ann.
