Lisa Ann Kunkel, 53, of Crestview, Florida, passed away, Monday, September 17, 2018, in Crestview.

Lisa was a native of Milton, Florida; and resided in Crestview, where she was employed at Walmart.

Lisa was preceded in death by her father, James Loyd Phillips

Lisa is survived by her mother, Carolyn Phillips; a son, Brandon White; three grandchildren, Michael and Brandon White, and Ember DuBose; brothers, Bruce Kunkel, Phillip Kunkel, Greg Kunkel, Jimmy Phillips, and David Phillips; and dear friends, Shairon Godwin and Nikki.

Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 20, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 21, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel, with Rev. Curtis Powell officiating. Burial will follow services in Crain Cemetery. Lisa’s son and her brothers will serve as pallbearers.
