Madeline Joyce "Midge" Skinner
Madeline “Midge” Skinner (75) was born in Helena, Montana, March 2, 1943, and passed away June 14, 2018, in Pensacola, Florida. She was raised in Helena, Montana, and graduated from Helena High School.

After high school she worked at St Joseph Hospital and the State Highway Department. In 1969 she married Timothy Skinner (deceased) and moved to Great Falls, Montana. She worked for the Canadian Air Force in Great Falls until she became a mother and homemaker.

They lived in Great Falls until Tim went active in the military; and they lived 13 years in Germany. After Tim retired from the military they built a home in Navarre, Florida, and Midge was an active Realtor for several years.

Midge was active in the ECWC (Emerald Coast Women’s Club), president 2003-2004, and currently held the position of Parliamentarian. She was also a member of the Classy Lassies Red Hats, HbtS Fishing Club (she always volunteered, no matter how bad she was feeling), HbtS International Cooking Group (she was chair and co-chair several times), Golden Girls @ St. Sylvester, Card Group Sevens from Hell, Canasta Group (ECWC) and Santa Rosa County Master Gardeners.

She is loved and will be missed by her brother, Bob (Jan) Theurer; her sister, Pam (Bob) Kipp; children, Heather (Wayne) Risher, Kathy (Butch) Kroll, Gwen (Tim) Thennis, and Kelly Skinner, all of Helena, Montana, and Tim (Victoria) Skinner of Eugene, Oregon; several grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her friend, Wayne Jacobson.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 22, 2018, at St Sylvester Catholic Church.

Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre, has been entrusted with local arrangements.

The family requests memorial donations may be made in Midge’s name to St Sylvester.
