Condolence: Maria was one of the best. She was one of my best friends, we worked together for 12 years in the school cafeteria. She had a passion for children with special needs. She made sure they were taken care of as far as a nutritious meal everyday. She had a big heart, she loved her boys and her grandchildren, they were her world. I first met Maria in church when she attended Pace Assembly of God many years ago. I will miss my friend, I'm sure we will see each other soon. Will, Tim, Josh and James I am so sorry for your loss. You were a great cafeteria manager at Dixon Intermediate School and made sure that each child and staff member got fed. You will be missed but never forgotten.
