Una J (Dion) Cleveland of Milton, Florida, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at the age of 77, surrounded by her loved ones.

Una was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, and traveled extensively for over thirty years as a Navy wife before making Milton her home. She worked in Payroll for the Santa Rosa County School Board until she retired in 2006.

Everyone who met her was taken by her energetic personality. She was always there to talk and lend an ear. There are many people that will miss your lively exuberance.

Una is survived by her loving husband, William G. Cleveland; her son and daughter–in-law, David and Desiree Heroux of Milton; her daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Vic Galante of Navarre, Florida; her step-sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Jill, Tim and Connie, and Mike and Rene Cleveland of Michigan; twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; her sister Delores Seals of St Petersburg, Florida; niece, Lynn Bergin of California, Maryland; and nephew, Allen Bushey of Jacksonville, Florida.

Her family will hold a Rosary/Prayer Service on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Memorial Service at 10:00 a.m., with a reception to follow, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (6451 Park Avenue, Milton, Florida 32570). All are welcome to attend and celebrate Una’s life.

She will be interred at a later date in Barrancas National Cemetery.

The Cleveland family would like to thank the staff at Sacred Heart ICU and Covenant Care Hospice for their efforts and compassionate care. Thank you to all our family and friends who showed great support during this very difficult time.
