Obituary for James "Dudley" Morgan
James "Dudley" Morgan, 74, of Milton, Florida, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018.
Dudley was a native of Freeport, Texas, and a resident of Des Allemands, Louisiana, for many years. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, Pop'o and friend. He was a retired tow boat captain, the most recent time of 13 years spent working for Blessey Marine. He is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Marijo Morgan.
Dudley is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Betty Morgan of Milton, Florida; daughter, Sarita Morgan; son, James E. (Sheri) Morgan; daughter, Jodie (Eugene) Keller; daughter, Teresa (Larry) Perry; and daughter Tracey (Kurt) Hall; 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Memorial Service celebrating his life will be held Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 2:00 at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel (6405 Hwy. 90 West, Milton, FL 32570) with Pastor Michael Montgomery of Pursue Life Church officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., prior to the service.
