Condolences

Condolence From: Nancy Pigrenet
Condolence: To the family and friends of Bob. I will truly keep you in my prayers. Although Bob and I only knew each other thru our vacation deals every year, I know he was a very kindhearted, hardworking, fun-loving, high spirited man. He knew how to work and he knew how to play. I wish I could be more like that! God Bless you Bob!

Condolence From: Peggy (Chico) Keelan
Condolence: I knew and dated Bob when he was a senior at Alter High School. He was charming, gorgeous, and a great football player. A real guy's guy. He was funny and he loved movies and music. He drove a big VW bus and when he went to get it painted, he asked me what color to paint it. After turning down "boring" red and blue I told him I thought he should paint it yellow, which he did. His friends kidded him that he was driving a big "lemon." What a fun car that was though! Our song was Elton John's "Tiny Dancer" and although we watched a lot of movies the two I remember most are "Jeremiah Johnson" and "Maude." We lost touch when he went to college but talked again briefly when he found out I had gotten a job at IBM - he tracked me down in training and we had a chance to catch up. Bob was a great guy, he is gone too soon.

Condolence: I went to school with Bob at Our Lady of Good Hope. I remember him as always being nice to all his classmates. He was also one of several that challenged me to keep up academically.
I am so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Condolence From: Dck Fahrney
Condolence: Will try 3rd time to let family know of my respect/admiration for Bob during his Wittenberg days. He was one tough, hard-nosed and talented competitor. I was on the staff (1967-76) and was able to appreciate his sense of humor brought to the game. He will be missed.
Sincerely,
Dick Fahrney

Condolence From: Crystal Lanham
Condolence: About 17 years ago we renamed him "Munkin Bob" when the kids could only say Munkin when trying to say Uncle. To this day, I always called him Munkin. Though we were no longer family, I owe a great big thank you to the man who paved the road to my life for me - with out intending to! He moved my sister to Navarre and I followed soon after. To a town I'd never heard of prior to that - where we all became self employed and found great success over the last 15 years. We have a lot of great memories from Georgia to here and Munkin Bob will be missed by many. His legacy lives on in Robert Theodore IIII who has always made his dad (and entire family) so proud and will continue to do so! Prayers for my nephew Bobby during these difficult times ahead.

Condolence From: Mark LaForce
Condolence: Please accept my condolences. I had no idea Holdy was ill and just found out of his freedom. As a believer, I know Holdy is fine again walking on streets paved with gold. Holdy was a free spirit and a superb football player. To say that being Holdy’s big brother image was fun ia a huge understatement. Helping Holdy get his first job at Xerox. Condo mates in Miamisburg. Going to a Club Med together on some Caribbean island. Having beers at the ‘Dew Drop Inn’ on our way to my hometown; Lorain, just minutes before a tornado leveled it. The LaForce family embraced Holdy and visa versa. Holdy sent a beaut8ful arrangement to our son’s (Blake) celebration of life. Sharing these and more memories, celebrating Holdy’s life, I hope will help and bring smiles. RIP brother.

Condolence: Reflecting bsck on the good times we were together in Dayton, I cannot help but smile Bob. That's the way you will be remembered. That infectious grin you always had. The standard question you always asked when you walked into a room "Hey what's going on?" God Bless you Bob.

Condolence From: Debbie Lanham
Condolence: I’m thinking of all of you during this very sad time, especially my Grandson, Bobby.
I’ll miss going with Bobby to visit Bob when we’re in town ... Bob always greeted me with a hug and would make me a smoothie with a shot from his stash under the counter. I loved looking around in his store and he’d laugh about giving me the family price when I shopped.
Rest In Peace Bob, you’ll be missed
Debbie
