Elzie Lorraine Eads (Henderson)
Elzie Lorraine Eads, 81, of Pace, passed away Sunday afternoon, September 24, 2017.
Elzie was born in Crestview, Florida, and had lived in the Santa Rosa County area since she was 17. She was the Owner/Operator of LUCY’S BEAUTY SHOP in Pace for over 50 years.
Elzie was an AVID “Cruiser” and “Visitor” to Biloxi. She was well known for her humor and was a true and faithful friend to all that knew her. Elzie loved her family dearly and was the “ROCK” of the family, and will be dearly missed!
She is survived by her daughter, Sherrie Phillips; her son, Bobby Hicks; her Special granddaughter, Summer Alford; her granddaughters, Lynzi Phillips, and Misty Hicks; her grandson, Cody Hicks; three, very special grandchildren, Payten Alford, and twins, Madison Leathers and McKenzie Leathers; a brother, Jim Henderson of Milligan, Florida; her best friend, Sarah Thomas; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Celebration of Life in honor of Elzie will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., on Sunday, October 8, 2017, at the Russell Harber Landing, Pavillion #15, on Blackwater River in Milton.
