Condolence: I was greatly saddened when I learned Colonel Adams had passed away. He was perhaps the most honorable man I know and I was blessed to consider him a friend for over 42 years. He served his country and family as well as a career Military Officer could. I always admired the fact that his kids, until they could fend for themselves, drove better cars than he did and no man ever showed more love to a brown 68 Ford Station Wagon than he did. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends... especially to my old friends and fellow "brats" Charlie, Jim, and Cathy. OK Colonel Adams, despite your many attempts and requests I could never acclimate myself to calling you Bob or Robert after you retired so on this day let me say - Well done Colonel Ad... I mean Bob and Rest In Peace.
